				of the Judgment and/or execution of the Judgment against the Claimants’ assets pending the
				determination of the Permission Application and, upon permission being granted, until the
				determination of the appeal (the “Stay Application”)
AND UPON
reviewing the Third Witness Statement of Anoop Kumar Lal dated 13 October
				2023 and the Third Witness Statement of Paul Patrick Hennessy dated 13 October 2023
AND UPON
reviewing all relevant material added onto the Court file
AND UPON
reviewing the Rules of the DIFC Courts
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. Any execution against the Claimants’ assets is stayed pending the determination of the
				Permission Application.
2. Costs shall be costs in the case.
