IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1.	The Defendant consents to the draft Amended Reply and Defence to Counterclaim (“ARDCC”) provided by the Claimants on 25 August 2022.
2.	The Claimants consent to the draft Re-Amended Defence and Counterclaim in the form provided by the Defendant on 2 September 2022.
3.	The Defendant shall file and serve a Re-Amended Defence and Counterclaim in the form provided to the Claimants on 2 September 2022
by 4pm on 9 September 2022.
4.	The Claimants shall seek the Defendant’s consent to a further draft ARDCC
by 4pm on 14 September 2022.
5.	Upon the Defendant so consenting, Claimants shall file and serve an ARDCC
by 4pm on 20 September 2022.
6.	The Defendant shall file and serve an Amended Reply to the Defence to Counterclaim (if any)
by 4pm on 26 September 2022.
7.	Liberty to apply.
8.	Costs in the case.
