IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
Trial Bundles (RDC Part 35)
1. The Claimants shall provide the Respondent with a draft trial bundle index
by 4pm on 17 October 2022.
2. The Respondent shall provide comments (if any) on the trial bundle index
by 4pm on 24 October 2022.
3. Agreed trial bundles shall be filed and served by the Claimants
by 4pm on 31 October 2022.
Reading List and Trial Timetable (RDC Part 35)
4. An agreed reading list for trial along with an estimate of time required for reading and an estimated timetable for trial shall be filed with the Court by the Claimants by
4pm on 4 November 2022.
Skeleton Argument and Chronology (RDC Part 35)
5. Skeleton Arguments shall be simultaneously filed and served
by 4pm on 7 November 2022.
6. The parties shall prepare an agreed Chronology of significant events cross-referenced to significant documents, pleadings and witness statements which shall be filed with the Court by the Claimants by
4pm on 8 November 2022. In the event that
there are areas of disagreement, the Chronology shall include an agreed Chronology and a Chronology of events which are disputed, with the parties’ respective positions outlined therein.
Costs
7. Save as provided for in paragraph 3 of the Order of Justice Lord Angus Glennie dated 1 August 2022, costs in the case.
