1.	Pursuant to RDC r. 7.21, the Claimant is granted an extension of time, of four (4) months, to serve its claim form and particulars of claim (the
“Proceedings”
) on the Defendants.
2.	On this basis, service of the Proceedings is to be effected by 6 September 2021.
3.	The costs of and incidental to this Application are costs in the case.
