the Defendants having filed and served Amended Defence and Counterclaim on
				4 September 2024
AND UPON
the Claimant having filed draft consent order to vary the Order with the Registry
				on 24 September 2024
AND UPON
the parties having agreed by consent to vary the Order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. Paragraph 3 of the Order shall be amended to read in pertinent part:
“the Claimant shall, if so advised, file and serve any Reply and
					Defence to Counterclaim by
4pm on 22nd October 2024.”
2. There shall be no order as to costs.
3. The parties shall have liberty to apply.
