1. The Defendant has leave to amend its Defence in the form appended to the email from the Defendant’s legal representatives sent on 15 November 2020.
2. The Defendant shall file and serve its Amended Defence within five (5) business days of the date of this Order.
3. The Claimant is granted leave to file (and serve) an Amended Reply within ten (10) business days of the date of this Order.
4. Costs of and occasioned by the amendments to the Defence other than to paragraphs 3 – 6 , 60 and 98.1(a) are to be borne by the Defendant.
