Upon Claimant/Receiving Party's request for a Default Costs Certificate dated 9 June 2009 and based on Claimant/Receiving Party's certifications that the Defendant/Paying Party has not served points of dispute within the required 21 day period in accordance with
Part 40.15
of the Rules of the
DIFC
Courts:
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The requested Default Costs Certificate is granted.
2. The Defendant/Paying Party is ordered to pay to the Claimant/Receiving Party the full amount of US$ 608,455.68 by 18 June 2009.
