reviewing Application Notice CFI 003-2013/2 filed on 7 October 2013 by the Claimant to be granted permission to amend the Claim Form by adding a Schedule of Further and Better Particulars of Claim ("the Schedule") in the form attached with the application.
AND UPON
reviewing the Defendant's reply to the Claimant application by email dated 20 October 2013.
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The Claimant is granted permission to amend the Claim Form by adding the Schedule in the form attached with the application.
2. Any amendment to the Claim for loss of rental income shall be struck out from the Schedule.
3. The Defendant shall file and serve an amended Particulars of Defence (if any) within 28 days of this order.
