IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Defendant shall produce to the Claimant within 14 days the Plot Documents delivered by the Master Developer to the Defendant;
2. The Courts reject the Claimant's requests 3, 5, 6, 13 & 15 (in the light of the responses submitted by the Defendant on 18 June 2013) and the Defendant's Requests for lack of sufficient description regarding their relevance and materiality.
