Courts' Default Judgment issued on 17 July 2011.
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1 The request of correction of errors in Default Judgment is granted;
2 The Defendant is ordered to pay to the Claimant the claimed amount of AED 161, 851. 20;
3 The Defendant is ordered to vacate apartment 3408 Sky Gardens DIFC, PO Box 25156 within 14 days and transfer the possession of the unit to the Claimant.
4 The Claimant is entitled to its costs, to be assessed, if not agreed.
