IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1.Paragraph 12 of the CMC Order be varied to provide that signed statements of witness of fact, and any notices to rely on hearsay evidence, are to be exchanged by 4pm on 9 January 2020.
2. Paragraph 13 of the CMC Order be varied so that any witness statement evidence in reply be filed and served by no later than 4pm on 23 January 2020.
3. Paragraph 9 of the CMC Order be varied so that the latest date to apply to re-list an oral application or to issue a new application for permission to call an expert witness or serve an expert report, be 4pm on 16 January 2020.
