FURTHER TO
the Judgment of Justice Sir David Steel dated 25 March 2014;
AND UPON
reviewing the Claimant’s Costs Submissions dated 13 April 2014;
AND UPON
reviewing the Order of Justice Sir David Steel dated 27 April 2014 directing the Defendant to pay the Claimant 85% of their costs;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
(a)  €575,509.16, being the sum of €540,000 plus €35,509.16 in interest at the contractul rate of 4% above EURIBOR from 20 December 2012 until 25 March 2014 as per paragraph 57 of the Judgment of Justice Sir David Steel; less
(b) €44,597.66, being the sum of €43,000 plus €1,597.66 in interest at the contractual rate of 2% above EURIBOR from 20 December 2014 until 25 March 2014 as per paragraph 58 of the Judgment of Justice Sir David Steel.
The Defendant shall pay the Claimant the sum of $286,832 as costs incurred by the Claimant in these proceedings, comprising of:
(a) $245,122 as fees as assessed by the
Registrar
;
(b) $30,017 as allowed disbursements; and
(c) $11,693 as 85% of the
Court
fee payable to the
DIFC Courts
to receive the Final Cost Certificate.
The sums in paragraphs 1 and 2 above shall be paid by the Defendant within 14 days of the date of this Order.
