CONSENT ORDER
UPON
the parties having agreed the terms herein;
AND UPON
the parties having reached an amicable resolution of all disputes between the parties;
AND UPON
the parties having entered into a binding settlement agreement reflecting the terms of this settlement;
AND UPON
the Claimant having agreed to withdraw all substantive allegations and all claims for relief hitherto asserted in these proceedings without any admission of liability required of the Defendant;
AND UPON
the Defendant having agreed to withdraw all substantive allegations and all counterclaims to relief hitherto asserted in these proceedings without any admission of liability required of the Claimant;
BY CONSENT IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. These proceedings be finally discontinued with no finding or judgment as to liability in respect of either the claims or the counterclaims;
2. Each party to bear its own costs in relation to these proceedings;
3. The hearing date currently fixed in these proceedings (the weeks beginning 20 March 2011) be vacated accordingly; and
4. The parties be released from all other procedural steps required by the Order of H.E. Justice Omar Al Muhairi dated 27 October 2010 which remain unfulfilled as at the date of this Order.
