These proceedings be finally discontinued with no finding or judgment as to liability in respect of either the claims or the counterclaims; 2. Each party to bear its own costs in relation to these proceedings; 3. The hearing date currently fixed in these proceedings (the weeks beginning 20 March 2011) be vacated accordingly; and 4. The parties be released from all other procedural steps required by the Order of H.E. Justice Omar Al Muhairi dated 27 October 2010 which remain unfulfilled as at the date of this Order.
