BY CONSENT IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. This claim shall be stayed with immediate effect.
2. Such stay will remain in effect until the earlier of:
(a) 30 March 2010; and
(b) any party giving 48 hours written notice to the
Court
and the other parties that the stay is lifted.
