the Parties agreeing to the terms of this Order.
BY CONSENT, IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The proceedings are stayed until 30 September 2021 to enable the parties to explore Alternative Dispute Resolution (
“ADR”
).
2. If the parties resolve their dispute through ADR, they will inform the Court on or before 30 September 2021.
3. If no resolution has been achieved by 30 September 2021, the parties will inform the Court and will in those circumstances request that the CMC be listed for the first available date after 14 October 2021.
4. No order as to costs.
