UPON
the Parties agreeing to the terms of this Order
IT IS ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The Defendant accepts the
DIFC Courts
’
jurisdiction
to hear this case.
2. The proceedings will be conducted in accordance with Part 7 of the
Rules
of the DIFC Courts.
3. The Claimant shall file and serve its Particulars of Claim within 21 days from 5 November 2020.
4. Within 21 days of the Claimant
filing
and serving its Particulars of Claim, the Defendant shall file and serve its Defence and
Counterclaim
.
5. Within 21 days of the Defendant filing and serving its Defence and Counterclaim, the Claimant shall file and serve its Defence to the Counterclaim.
6. Following the Claimant’s
service
of its Defence to the Counterclaim, the Claimant and the Defendant shall attend a Case Management Conference on a date to be fixed by the
Court
.
7. No order as to costs.
