IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1.The Appellant’s appeal shall be struck out.
2. The date of 18 September 2016 currently blocked for the appeal of that matter be vacated as a result of the order in paragraph 1 above.
3. The immediate judgment application shall take place, as per the Order of the
Court
on 4 October 2016, between 16 and 18 October 2016 (inclusive), directions for which shall be set by the Registry by
4pm today, Thursday 8 August 2016
