AND UPON
hearing Counsel for the Claimant and Counsel for the Defendants at the Return Date hearing on 5 February 2025 before H.E. Justice Shamlan Al Sawalehi
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Discharge Application is rejected.
2. The Injunction Order is upheld.
3. The Defendants shall pay the Claimant’s costs of and occasioned by the Injunction Application on the standard basis, to be assessed by the Registrar if not agreed.
4. Reasons are to follow.
