the Renewed Application for Permission to Appeal filed by the Claimant in ARB-004-2022 on 3 October 2023 (the “Renewed Permission Application”), seeking permission to appeal the Judgment

Mirma’s supplementary skeleton argument filed on 1 November 2024 ahead of the Appeal Hearing before the Court of Appeal

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Renewed Permission Application in ARB-004-2022 is dismissed in respect of all grounds of appeal.
2. Pursuant to RDC 4.51, the court directs that the Renewed Permission Application in ARB-005-2023 be heard by the Court of Appeal without being first heard by the judge at first instance.
3. The Renewed Permission Application in ARB-005-2023 is dismissed in respect of all grounds of appeal.
4. The Applicant for Permission to Appeal is to pay the Respondent’s costs of each Application, to be determined by the court.
5. Reasons for the decision will be published in due course.
6. Following the publication of the reasons, the parties are to confer and notify the court of an agreed process for the determination of the quantum of the costs, or in default of agreement, provide the court with their respective submissions in relation to that process.
